Now, what is it that made me feel a little bit easier this week? Maybe it's the Spring-view with all its green and yellow colours. And it is slightly getting warmer and sunnier over here. I am feeling quite positive these days, except for that screaming pink car outside, which blinds my eyes. Being in such a mood, of course the selection of music for tonight's edition follows the lighter weight of life. Join me for some easy and beautiful songs by Mativetsky, Amiri & Pagé (Metamorphose), Andrew Schoen & Joe Nutter (Live & Otherwise), Bernd Scholl (Seasons Will Change), Dino Pacifici (Future Noir), Ambient Ballroom (Between the Cakes), Cass Anawaty (Continuance), Projekt Ich vs Talking to Ghosts (In the Fire), Øystein Q. Jørgensen (The March equinox 2026), Vin Downes & Tom Eaton (Until the Light Was Gone), Steve Orchard (A Sudden Rush of Calm), Glint (Hope), yttriphie (Solipsis).
What an exhausting week! So many projects, so much work to be done, and soon no time is left in the week's wallet. Time to get some rest and leave it all behind, at least for 30 minutes of joyful and easing sounds that still have some drive to pick one up and take you into some mind opening space. Get caught by tonight's episode presenting contemporary electronic music by Dead Beat Project, Altus & Trx, moonbooter, and G.R.O.K.
Life can be tough sometimes, great if artists like the Ambient Collective care and put out a release for charity. And with some great tracks, too, of course. Three of these you'll get on this show, by Bluejooz, Braindouche!, and Greg Plummer. But there is more to this chill out episode: new faces at syndae with Rieg from Norway and Parseque from Germany. And a wonderful quiet track completing the relaxing moments of tonight's show by René van der Wouden.
Fluent grooves in rhythm and bass, unwinding patterns that get you moving. On tonight's episode, you will get a continuous driving atmosphere, hopefully helpful to wind down from the weeks exhaustion. Marvellous dubby tracks on this show by Das Kraftfuttermischwerk, EugeneKha, MetanoiaX, Para, and Taschenrechnermusikant.
Continuing with re-viewing the Electronic Circus. In volume 2 of this episode we take a listen to the main act of 2010, Spyra & Lang, with two temendous tracks. But also get to know about a label and artists new to the Circus, and new to Germany, with Mirai from England and Glenn from Norway.
It's early 2011, and we take a look back at 2010. One of the most successful and impressive EM festivals in Germany has been the Electronic Circus of last year. Great artists, great atmosphere, and lots of fun. This two volume episode gives you excerpts of live recordings as well as of the just released interviews done at the Circus. Of course, lots of music, and in volume one you will get tracks by Computerchemist, Deep Imagination, Harald Grosskopf & Udo Hanten, MorPheuSz, and Nattefrost.
