Raising the bar

Episode 348

Sunny evening everyone! At least, I hope you got one. And if not, well, tonight's show definitely provides some aural sunbeams for your pleasure. Quite a number of new releases to listen to, and all of them very much to my liking. But aren't they always? Well, check in and join me on tonight's exciting ride with BatteryDead (Yield to Gravity), Lars Leonhard (1549), Curious Inversions (Stone on Stone), Mythos (Jules Verne - Around the World in 80 Minutes), and Sektor (Kikish).

Electronic devotion

Episode 347

Let us be regaled by the sons of various generations of traditional electronic music tonight. It is definitely a feast of soundscapes and sequences that will carry us along. And while we are at it, do not forget the upcoming events like E-Scape providing is the chance to experience these EM geniuses live either on stage or in recording. So that is how this edition starts out with a reminder incarnated by Translunar (E-Scape 2016). Of course, there is more new and noteworthy music on the show: Alpha Wave Movement (Kinetic), Fanger & Schönwälder (Analog Overdose - The Pool COncert), Kellerkind Berlin and Wiesolator (Midnight Radio Compilation 64), Fratoroler (What!), and E-Tiefengrund (Cathedrals).

Slightly overcast

Episode 346

We had it beating the last weeks, so finally some time to sit comfortable, focus on your breathing going in, and going out, and let all the energy around enter your body and nerves and cells. This is a show to let your neurons softly glow in the darkness within and gain back some peace and steadiness for recharging your batteries. Enjoy the quietness and force with tracks by Chronotope Project (Passages), Marsen Jules (Shadows in Time), Poppy Nogood (Music for Mourning), Rik Johnson (Midnight Radio Compilation 63), Twoleggedzoo (Weaving a Sonic Tapestry), and Traumkraft (Seelenwanderer).

Introducing summer

Episode 345

Short summer outbreak over here, and actually a great time to make aware of a fine festival to come soon in June. It's E-Scape 2016, the EM festival in the UK. So, don't wonder that music and information on this event will take up most of the time of tonight's edition. Especially to enjoy tracks by The Glimmer Room (Introduction), Stephen Whitlan (Triangulation), Ian Boddy (E-Scape 2016), and Andy Pickford (Vanguard 2). But before all that, two really wonderful tracks on the show's menu, delightful music by Bruno Sanfilippo (The Poet), and Ken Elkinson (The Golden State).

Addicting refreshments

Episode 344

Where are we going tonight? Well, it will not be without a decent number of beats, that I guarantee. But, of course, it is in no way dull or monotonous, either. This edition is actually quite full of newer stuff, old and new faces, and especially, full of fun. Ok, at least I had fun compiling it, which makes more than zero. Let me know, if you enjoyed the music as well and don't mind that confused guy on the mike in between. Oh, yes, tonights tracks are by Jean-Michel Jarre (The Heart of Noise), Blochemy (Da Mear), Protuberance (Recollections Part 2), Colin Rayment & Stan Dart, SineRider (Seconds Minutes), and Venja (Shapeshifter).

Welcome to paradise

Episode 343

Several nice events are coming up, so I will try to remind you of at least some of them in the next time. Like today, where I will tease you for the concerts of Pyramaxx and Sine Amplitude in May. But, of course, I have more and freshly released music for you on tonight's edition, so have fun with tracks by Pyramaxx (Distance), Sine Amplitude (Hypnotized), Mauro Gentile & Wolfgang Gsell (Chip Flower), Robert Otto (Midnight Radio Compilation 62), Capisconne and Ray Garrido (Weltanschauung).

Style boxing

Episode 342

Time for some more out-of-the-box listening, although, I bet you will find very familiar features in tonight's edition. Recently, rock elements seem to find their way into the electronic music structures more often. Our playlist partly is giving credit to this direction, where there actually are rock bands on the show. Have a fun time with tracks by Vanderson (Vandisphere), Blue Man Group (Three), Hats Off Gentlemen it's Adequate (When the Kill Code Fails), Professureal Standing, Wave / Compilation), and Ron Boots (Ante Oculos).

Mind wide open

Episode 341

Take a seat, lean back and close your eyes. We are going mind-places tonight. It could surely be your palace of thoughts building up as you listen to this fresh edition of syndae. And listen carefully, so you do not miss the beautiful details of the tracks by Csillagköd, Sylvain Carel, Paolino Canzoneri, Castana, Stratosphere, and Polypores.

For Your Ears Only

Episode 340

It often seems difficult to break with familiar stuff, so tonight I'll provide you with a comforting mix of progressive elements and straight traditional electronic. I usually like it, when artists compose out of the box and add new aspects to the scenery. Well, don't blink, but enjoy tracks by Abjective (Into the Labyrinth), B. Ashra (Atomic World), E-Musikgruppe Luxohr (Live at Roadburn 2014), Johan Tronestam (The Long Journey), David Rothenberg, Bernhard Wöstheinrich & Jay Nicholas (Cool Spring), DigitalSimplyWorld (Bieszczady... meeting with a destiny).
