Airiness spot on

Episode 321

Three, two, one, aural fun. And if you join me and others next Saturday in Dortmund, you will get visual fun as well at the Raumzeit Festival. And if you are in Belgium at B-Wave, I wish you lots of fun, too. So many events to choose from at the moment, one could wish to have a split personality visiting each and all of them. Well, I cannot split, so I'll be in Dortmund that day. And, of course, some more teasing music tonight, where I tried to pick some quieter tracks for exciting your finer senses. On the menu tonight, Frank Tischer, Baltes & Erbe (S-thetic²), Rike Casper, Bouvetøya (Timeslip), All Our Fears and Love (Midnight Radio 51), and Realm (Distance).

Food for fancy days

Episode 320

Come and feel some electronic heart beats tonight, providing some aural information on upcoming festivals and concerts as well as fresh tracks from syndae regulars. Fall really is the time for events, as we just had E-Live in Oirschot which was a great success, and the upcoming B-Wave festival in Belgium. But there are more and smaller events worth visiting, like the return of Raumzeit Festival and a concert by Sine Amplitude. And, surely, B/K/S is up for their Liquid Sound participation. Have a great time listening to amazing tracks by Rike Casper, Wellenfeld (Elements), Sine Amplitude, B/K/S (Green), Klangzaun, and Lutz Thuns & Stan Dart.

Episode 318

What's up with me lately, as I seem to have a liability to beatful music? Well, it just seems right to have something to push oneself. And I am not gonna stop tonight, which also provides the chance to introduce the forthcoming album of Jean-Michel Jarre (Electronica 1) to you, dear listeners. And so it begins, followed by tracks of Sonopictorial (Macrosketching), Hollmspeed (Aqua), Angel Garcia (Netlable Day Compilation), Flembaz and Simmetune (Digital Family Vol. 5), Ucleden (Summerjam), and finally Walter Roos (W.O.S.P. 6).

Power for your pleasure

Episode 317

Everyone will agree that the sun is a massive big ball of energy, right? And for mid fall I just got a high dose of sun this week. So where to put it? Well, best to share it. That's what I'll hopefully do with tonight's edition. Many new releases coming up in autumn preparing us and lighting up the way for winter. Ok, well, at least for the northern hemisphere that is. For the others, use all the energy to power your air conditionings. Lots of it on this show with Weldroid (Elektronvolt), moonbooter (The Wave), Sysyphe (The Cities of Silver Trees), 4T Thieves (Glass), Andy Pickford (Vanguard 1), Divine Electronics (Birnam Wood), and Pirata (Escondido por ahi).

Revenge of the Disco

Episode 316

Everything returns. Especially in fashion you see all trends come back every now and then. Or bad hair and beard styles. Or music. Which is our podcasts own topic, as we go back for a nice space synth trip just to return with modern synthwave electronica. This is one of those episodes, where I simply had fun compiling the show, bringing back memories of good (and bad) old times. I hope you will have as much fun with the music. And this is what you will get tonight: Vortex Elements (Gate of Life), Rygar, Kano, Protonic Storm, and Xain (Spacesynth Collection compilation), Perturbator (Dangerous Days), VHS Glitch (Evil Technology), Mythical Vigilante (Dreamland Skate Center), Dynatron (Artificial Afterlife compilation), and Stan Dart (Tales from the Solar System).

Forward into the past

Episode 315

Plenty of new and marvellous music tonight, with modern interpretations of traditional electronic and well redone earlier material. It has a feel of Quantum Leap, combining two ages and still feeling like home. In this edition, we are taking time, mix it a bit up and put it nicely to our ears. Have an enjoyable time with tracks by Chronotope Project (Dawn Treader), Paul Ellis (Moth in Flames), Vortex Mechanic (Vortexly), Kellerkind Berlin (Walk With Me), Z (Real Life Never Stops), Uwe Reckzeh (Perfection Mode), and Colin Rayment (Abstract Dimensions).

Acoustic jogging

Episode 314

So I just had a look at my calendar and, boy, these next months are stuffed with events on electronic music. And there is quite a bunch of new releases and tracks out this month, which makes this a great time to train ear muscles. For example, with tonight's show and all those fine tracks to be heard, quite fleshy treats on chilly beats. Join me tonight for tracks by Vortex Elements (Gate of Life), Terra Nine (Lucid Dreaming), Stan Dart (Tales from the Solar System), Forlon (Birnam Wood), Potential differenSe (delicatesseN), Erik Wøllo & Bernhard Wöstheinrich (Welenuhr), and the great Sundown Cafe (Sailing Away).

A Stage of Happiness

Episode 313

Over all time of syndae's existance, I've been accompanying and supporting the electronic circus festival right from its birth event. They have turned into a very cool day of music, spanning a broad style of electronica and up to synth pop. On October 3rd they will have a fresh start in a new location, and the line-up is simply fantastic, if you love EM. Tonight's show is dedicated to this festival, giving you tracks by all the live acts that day, starting with John Dyson, who will appear together with Michael Shipway and Paul Ward. Then we have German's famous Spyra, going classical together with a cellist. From the past and still live and kicking, German's No More will be on stage. And finally, the starter of the day, a wonderful and enjoyable live act on its own: Meesha from the Netherlands.
